Mission

DDD has a duel mission -To establish a sustainable IT outsourcing business that can reinvest its profit in order to benefit more people and connect disadvantaged (physically disabled, trafficked, orphaned, and displaced) individuals to the global economy -To provide the hope, income, education, training, and confidence building required to allow our employees to realize better futures for their families and themselves

Programs

DDD specifically targets individuals who have physical disabilities, are orphaned, trafficked, or who are rural migrants. DDD strives to provide a link between low level vocational training programs and a family sustaining job. DDD accomplishes this by providing a part-time job, above market wage, and funding continuing higher level education. 80% of DDD's employees are now attending university funded by DDD's education fund. DDD also provides an onsite doctor and career placement services.

Jeremy Hockenstein - Chmn, Bd. of Dir, Co Founder
(B.A., Harvard '93; MBA, MIT '99) – Currently an independent strategy consultant to for- and non-profit companies, Jeremy was trained at McKinsey & Company. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer at a non-profit, Harvard Hillel, where he led an organizational transformation to implement a new strategic program plan.

James McKenna - Dir. of Bus. Development
Jim has several years of IT business development experience in the Bay Area. He has also spent significant working for NGOs in Africa. Jim is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Management.

Kathyrn Lucatelli - Social Mission Director
Kathryn is trained in negotiation and mediation skills from Boston’s Mediation Works program. She has a BA degree from Earlham College. She has extensive experience working with non-profits within the Baha'i religion.
