Joyce Manchester - Director, Long-Term Modeling Group
Joyce Manchester directs the Long-Term Modeling Group at the Congressional Budget Office in Washington, DC, and is the former secretary of the governing board for Our Voices Together. She and her husband, David Stapleton, founded and lead The Afghan Education Giving Circle of Northern Virginia in order to support education for boys and especially girls in Afghanistan.

David Stapleton - Director, Center for Studying Disability Policy
David Stapleton is the director of the Center for Studying Disability Policy at Mathematica Policy Research, Inc., in Washington, DC, and a former board member of Our Voices Together. Friends of he and his wife Joyce Manchester, Leslie Whittington and Charles Falkenberg, along with their daughters, Zoe and Dana, were passengers on American Flight 77.
