Search for Common Ground (SFCG) works in 14 countries across the globe, using innovative approaches to addressing conflict. SFCG's tools range from media to sports events to workshops and trainings, encouraging adversaries to find common ground on issues of concern.

Personnel Overview

Frances Fortune - West Africa Regional Director
Frances oversees operations at Talking Drum Studio-Sierra Leone and Liberia, as well as the newly launched program in Guinea. She has over 18 years experience in West Africa, and has a range of creative projects to her credit, including arranging a musical peace tour of RUF-held territory and launching Sierra Leone's first radio soap opera.
