Project Needs and Beneficiaries
The Puspem team carried out the identification of the program life skills for Children Dropped Out of School in 2 regencies in West Sulawesi, skills include: printing media, sewing, making cakes, driving a car, making bricks, business skills, family welfare and etc that will be implemented over 18 months. Children (180) will be in this project.
Activities
Participatory planning, micro project preparation, training in life skills for children, providing scholarships for children, giving help of capital of efforts with rolling system, monitoring and evaluation.

Increase in skills and giving capital employed in bag of sew

Increase in skill is absolute matter to improve human resource, because skill is one of requirement to stare at more productive job opportunity. Training bag sews that implemented in polman more place forwards construction to bag dress maker to more skillful and its effort growing expands. Believed that, if effort bag sews this growing expand of course will require new labor, until opened job opportunity for unemployment. So, besides increase in skill, also giving by the benefit of money to increase capital of the work by buying cloths that were needed. That is, unemployment young men that has no activity will absorbed, and indirectly also will lessen act criminal.
2. Outcome
a. Increasing of skill makes bag
b. Opening of job opportunity bag sews more productive to all unemployed
c. Fulfillments of the requirement for everyday his life from results bag sewed
d. Growing of effort bag sews to facilitate customers
e. Reduce the act criminal
3. Output
a. Control way bag sews with kinds of model in accordance with customer order
b. Unemployment can get job to increase their skills
c. Made job of bag sew productive is rather than become unemployment
d. The spread of efforts bag sewed and the community was fulfilled his requirement for
the tailor.
e. Environment becomes safe from act criminal.
4. Follow-up
Increase in skill bag sews that executed is very urgent to improve resources and lessen unemployment. This condition very related to reduce acts criminal. For that, Increase of skill activity bag sews next will be extended at some unemployment’s that still have not yet follow this program..
