Mission
DCBF is a US 501 c3 nonprofit charitable supporting organization and a Brazilian NGO dedicated to aiding street children and impoverished youth in Brazil. We work in partnership with local organizations and NGO's to provide: education, moral and social development, humanitarian relief, and the offering of opportunities where there were none before.

Personnel Overview
Vinícius Daumas - Director of Projects
Co-founder of program and currently responsible for pedagogic processes, Artistic formation of students. Vinicius is also responsible for evaluation and monitoring of results. Vinicius is also a great actor, and clown and has an incredible rapport with the children and brings incredible amounts of enthusiam to his work on behalf of the children.
Marcia Souto - Pedagogic Coordinator
Marcia is responsible for the conception of the workshops, for the processes of the project. She was formerly the Pedagogoc Coordinator for Public Education in the city of Niteroi and she worked as a Pedagogic in the Leadership School of MST(landless movement)
Junior Perim - Founder & Executive Coordinator
Junior was born and raised in the area where Pequeno Tigre started. He has been involved in social movements since the age of 16. He founded the 'Grow and Live'program that today is a huge reference for his entire community. Junior works tirelessly on behalf of the children and families of Pequeno Tigre and is often at the forefront of human rights.
