Mission
School Ventures exists to improve access to information and capital as a way to strengthen decision-making by those stakeholders involved in the education of children.

Personnel Overview
Mubuso Zamchiya - Founder
Mubuso is Founder of School Ventures (www.schoolventures.com). Prior to that he held positions at the International Finance Corporation, AES Corporation and Barclays Bank. He is also Founder of the BOOST Fellowship (www.theboostfellowship.org). Mubuso has two law degrees from the University of Bristol and an MPhil in Development Studies from Oxford University.
Samuel Imende - Development
Prior to School Ventures, Sam was a KIVA Microfund Fellow, scaling their operations in Nairobi, Kenya. His various microfinance experiences include work with the International Republican Institute, participation in the Microfinance Club at John Hopkins University, General Manager for Kweli Kenya, and founding member and Chapter President of Students Against Global AIDS Campaign (SGAC).
