More Information About this Project
Project Needs and Beneficiaries
Deurali has trained more than 700 such journalists in different districts of the country. The idea is to create a network of rural journalists who can write for local newspapers like Deurali on events and processes that affect the lives of the people living in villages.
Activities
During the formulation of the Rural Newspaper Project it was assumed that the income from the subscriptions and advertisements would make the paper self-sustainable, but in order to grow we must grow our base of financial resources.
