Personnel Overview

Joseph Miti - Field Operations Manager
Joseph holds a Diploma in Education from the University of Zimbabwe as well as a Diploma in Training Management and Personnel Management from the Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). Joseph joined ASAP Africa as a field officer in 2002. Moving up the ranks, he was promoted to oversee and coordinate all rural project activities.

Alfred Jagada - Agriculturalist
He holds a Diploma in Agriculture from Chibero College of Agriculture (an associate college of the University of Zimbabwe). He also holds the Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Personnel Management-Zimbabwe (IPMZ). He joined ASAP Africa as a Field Officer (Rural Micro-Finance) in 2004. In April 2006, Alfred was promoted to Senior Field Officer and supervises three Field Officers
