Mission
The mission of CDRS is to provide quick, efficient and compassionate medical and humanitarian relief and disaster recovery operations to the people of the earthquake affected areas of Pakistan, with concentration of efforts in the Chikar area (a population of approximately 150,000 people within 4 union council jurisdictions) and outreach programs to remote villages in the devastated Jhelum and Neelum Valleys within District Muzzafarabad, Kashmir

Medical Relief Program with 4 facilities in 3 union councils, Medicine Delivery program for Districts Muzaffarabad and Neelum (Provides transit), Health Education Program For Schoolchildren (Provides Educational and Entertaining and Community Health Fair events at main facility), Development/Operational Assistance Program for Newly established Government Rural Health Center and UNFPA Gynecologist in Chikar (Provides human resources, logistics, equipment, medicines, supplies, food, accomodations)

Personnel Overview
Todd Shea - Exeuctive Director
Todd Shea is a musician and disaster relief worker who has been managing healthcare services in Pakistan's earthquake affected areas since October 2005. For his efforts to help the citizens harmed by the earthquake, Todd was awarded with The Tamgha-i-Eisaar Medal by the President of Pakistan
Raja Muhammad Arshid - Medical Director
Dr. Arshid was employed at a hospital which was destroyed. He began treating patients in his home village of Chikar, seeing as many as 600 per day during the worst days. Under the most difficult circumstances, Dr. Arshid won the respect and admiration of dozens of volunteer physicians who responded. In March 2007, Dr. Arshid was chosen to head the new CDRS supported Government Rural Health Center
Aneela Kishwer - Head Nurse- R.N.
After the earthquake, Nurse Kishwer volunteered at a medical facility which treated thousands of victims. After four months, she joined the Greenstar Organization and worked in devastated Jhelum valley. The CDRS team deployed Nurse Kishwer and was very impressed with her skills and great compassion for patients and hired her as one of its first employees
