Mission
HAF is a nonprofit organization founded by former Peace Corps Volunteers that works to establish development projects in Morocco that local communities design and manage. These projects are in partnership with government and non-government agencies.
Programs
HAF currently supports projects in fruit tree planting, potable water, irrigation, and activities related to women and youth development. In June 2006, we launched a campaign to plant one million fruit trees with throughout Morocco. HAF also provides training opportunities in community consensus-building and managing bottom-up social change.
