Mission

To provide educational and economic opportunities to communities in Honduras. Also to engage students of all ages with our projects from beginning to end. We seek to mobilize and connect students throughout the United States and cultivate the spirit of volunteerism and global responsibility.

Programs

Copprome is the orphanage that started it all, and we keep up our work with them. Additionally, Siete de Abril is a squatter community which we are working to provide more healthy environments by allowing the residents to have access to more fuel efficient and safer stoves, provide economic opportunities by starting a microfinance institution, and help provide each family with a home. We also have the Education Initiative which works with communities in Honduras to meet their educational needs.
