Mission
The Lambi Fund's mission is to assist the popular, democratic movement in Haiti. Its goal is to help strengthen civil society as a necessary foundation of democracy and development. The fund channels financial and other resources to community based organizations that promote the social and economic empowerment of the Haitian people. Lambi Fund supports peasant led community organizations that promote: non-violence, gender equity, sustainability, and grassroots democracy

Personnel Overview
Josette Perard - Haiti Director
As a founding staff member and native Haitian, she has directed Lambi Fund’s programs for almost 12 years. She is one of the few women that heads a successful NGO in Haiti.
Ferry Pierre-Charles - Field Director
Born and raised in Haiti, he is a trained agronomist and community organizer with over fifteen years of experience working with Haitian peasants.
Paul Henry - Asst. Field Director
Born and raised in Haiti, he is an agronomist with a specialty in plant technologies, and also has experience in soil conservation.
