Project Needs and Beneficiaries
This project will also address the antenatal problems of pregnant women in camps. These women are in stress due to the ongoing situation and they are highly in need of proper food, nutrition and medicines. No adequate medical facilities and proper food and nutrition are available in camps. There will be counseling for stress relief. Hygiene kits including food supplements and medications will be provided to the expectant mothers for their better health.
Activities
• Counseling sessions with pregnant women for stress management • Providing hygiene kits including towels, Dettol, soaps, tissues, multivitamins, iron syrup and tablets, anti allergic creams, antibiotics and painkillers, glucose, juices and milk
