Richard Choularton - Director, Office of Humanitarian Assistance
Prior to working with CHF, Richard served as a Director with USAID's Famine Early Warning Systems Network. Before this, Richard held various positions in both the field and headquarters at the United Nations World Food Programme, where he gained extensive experience in emergency preparedness, assessment and response.
