Mission
GlobeMed's mission is to connect the assets of a student-led network to grassroots health organizations working in communities around the world. By inspiring and training university students to mobilize resources for global health, we seek to build a movement fighting for a more sustainable and secure world.
Programs
GlobeMed as a national organization supports 13 chapters at universities across the US. These chapters then partner with grassroots health organizations and support them through fundraising, advocacy, research, and volunteering. We also seek to educate ourselves, as well as our broader campus communities about the root causes of health disparities through a comprehensive education and training curriculum. By honing these skill sets, we hope to enable a new generation of global change agents.
