Water System Installed
By Lindsey Ballenger - Director of Development, May 04, 2009 01:20 PM
The water system is working very well and WMI will continue to work with the safe water committee to monitor this site. Due to consistent power outages, this community is in need of a solar panel unit.
With the $6500 that has been raised through Global Giving, WMI will be able to ship this solar unit from Charleston, SC to Uganda for installation early summer. Please stay posted for more updates. Thank you for partnering with WMI to bring safe water to thirsty people around the world.
