Many Children have no warm clothes
Without shoes or sandals, or a blanket or warm clothing children suffer enormously during the cold winter nights. We make sure the families and children in need get warm clothing and blankets.

Keeping poor families warm this winter
Through our network of village schools and village health committees blankets and other supplies are quietly and effectively distributed directly to families and children who really need them.

We work in areas of great poverty
We work in some of the poorest districts in all of India where very real poverty and even extreme poverty exist.
Ill equipped for the cold, especially at night, many children suffer and need a warm blanket or clothing to protect them from illness or even death.

Making sure those in need are helped.
This programme is carefully targeted and implemented.
It is not a general appeal with often meaningless general distributions of blankets by a VIP before the press cameras. We can identify those most in need and respond quickly and efficiently.

Helping Homeless children
Through our centre for Homeless and abandoned children, Rescue Junction, we can also make sure no street child suffers or dies fom the cold during the winter months
