Mission
DCBF is a US 501 c3 nonprofit charitable supporting organization and a Brazilian NGO dedicated to aiding street children and impoverished youth in Brazil. We work in partnership with local organizations and NGO's to provide: education, moral and social development, humanitarian relief, and the offering of opportunities where there were none before.

Jose Candido DE Oliveira Boff - General Coordinator
Graduated in Biz Admin & Communications; Post Grad in Economics & Management, began work in the area of early childhood coordinator with Circo Baixada in ’04. The challenge being the discussion of children in situations-of-risk in the streets of Baixada Fluminense: with the motivating principal of seeking a plan for them and the continuity of our work on their behalf.
Nicelene Moreira da Silva Costa - Administraitive Financial Assistant
Nilce is in the last year of studies for her Degree in Business Administration at the University Estácio de Sá; she worked for 11 years in administration at Capemi, she began working in early childhood education in 2002 at Circo Baixada and also in the area of administration. Being close to the children aids her in her ability to raise resources and elaborate for the project.
