Mission
DCBF is a US 501 c3 nonprofit charitable supporting organization and a Brazilian NGO dedicated to aiding street children and impoverished youth in Brazil. We work in partnership with local organizations and NGO's to provide: education, moral and social development, humanitarian relief, and the offering of opportunities where there were none before.

Personnel Overview
Ana Cristina Diôgo - General Coordinator/ Trained Sociologist
Cristina’s experience began with Project Shanty School, an initiative that culminated in the construction of the Shanty School in the Alto da Mina community of PE; the majority of whose community leaders are women. She created a report with the Tapirapé settlement, situated in Mato Grosso, where she researched gender relations in the settlement, birthing, & nursing practices & achieved much else.
Sandra Honorato - Educator
Sandra Honorato is an educator, with a degree in Literature, specializing in the English Language. She develops the pedagogic support for and works directly with delinquent youth and their families in juvenile probation programs (the Integrated Project of Assisted Liberation-PILA), and the Support Group for Families of Adolescents in Assisted Liberation (GAF).
Ana Patrícia Silveira - Social Educator, and a student of Pedagogy
Ana Patrícia Silveira is a Social Educator, and a student of Pedagogy. She acts along with PILA and GAF in school and family assistance. She administers the offices of Eco-Citizenship Agency and Education in Transit.
