Mission
The mission is to help the children deprived of normal conditions of life and create a society free from child labor, exploitation and abandonment. As the development of these children is worthwhile when they become active participants and positive contributors to their communities, it is aimed to provide joyful and innovative education, health care, supplementary nutrition, recreation, counseling, vocational training, rehabilitation and repatriation services to these children.

Personnel Overview
Benudhar Senapati - Project Manager
Working for 16 years in the organization, has been managing and monitoring different projects and coordinates between projects. Education background helps him in initiating innovative methods of teaching, teachers’ and supervisors’ training and preparation of effective MIS. Has attended several trainings, seminar, conferences in the state, national and international level.
R. P. Dwivedy - Project Manager
Has been working since the inception of the organization with Mrs. Khurana. A manager he looks after different projects and finances. Trains the teachers and supervisors. Has attended a number of trainings, seminars and conferences in state, national and international level and presented papers.
Sanatana Sahoo - Project Coordinator
Has worked in the organization for 12 years. Started his career as a platform school teacher, presently working as a Coordinator. He looks after the day-to-day functioning of the foundation school project, coordinates supervisors and teachers, trains teachers and is responsible for proper maintenance of records. He is a Graduate and has taken several trainings on education.
