We work in Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Angarsk, Tiumen’, Arkhangelsk where we offer football training, psychological support, assistance to find a job, training, and education to enable people to change their lives. The national football tournament gains media attention to raise awareness and discuss this issue publically, which is currently taboo.

Latest Update from the Field

Homeless football in Russia - summer 2009

By Arkady TYURIN - Invisible People, September 29, 2009 02:11 PM

No time for losers......weHomeless World Cup: Anthem
It was book named “Invisible People (77 glances into the lives of Russian citizens who are not registered at their place of residence, and to whom the Russian Constitution consequently does not apply)” and published by Non-Commercial Partnership “New Social Solutions” which publishing became the central event of 2009 year homeless football season in Russia.
Money earned by selling of this book let organize the 4th Homeless Russia Open football tournament (with 12 teams participated) and cover travel expenses of Russian national homeless team taking part in Homeless World Cup in Milano, Italy. It was the only income of Russian homeless football this year…
Russians were 15th team at Homeless World Cup — but they’ve got Fair Play Cup from UEFA.
“Invisible People” are translated into English now — and wait for readers all over the world!
