Mission

Our mission is to empower girls from rural villages in Malawi to continue their educations and become community leaders. In addition to providing secondary school scholarships, we prepare scholars for life beyond the classroom through a comprehensive mentoring initiative. They receive academic tutoring, life skills training, and career counseling that couples traditional guidance with work opportunities. AGE enables girls to be the first in their villages to graduate and become role models.

Programs

AGE supports scholars with tuition and school fees, uniforms, school and personal supplies, safe transportation, and pocket money. In addition, we offer a comprehensive mentoring program with academic, life skills, and career training components. We seek to match scholars with career professionals in their area of interest.
