Andi Asriadi Rauf - Leader of Puspem Foundation
Andi Asriadi Rauf is a former consultant of Community Empowering Body in the Jakarta Local Government. He has done research of community empowering programs in Japan and Cairo. Andi has 3 years experience in education, research and development in local communities in Jakarta, Aceh and Sulawesi.
Abdul Wahed Unoe - Program coordinator
Abdul Wahed Unoe was a journalist in local newspaper in Aceh and he was a successful businessman with 3 companies before the tsunami disaster. Now he is a volunteer in Puspem as program coordinator in Aceh. Abdul Wahed has had 10 years of experience in journalism, photography and the sound recording business.
Hernawati - Field Coordinator
Hernawati is the field coordinator all Puspem’s projects in Aceh. She is a former of the Puspem project consultant in Makassar. She has 7 years experiences in the village, conflicted areas and women programmed.
