Andi Asriadi Rauf - Leader of Puspem Foundation
Andi Asriadi Rauf is a former consultant of Community Empowering Body in Jakarta Local Government. He has been followed study in Japan and Cairo for empowering community program. Andi has had 3 years of experience in education, research and development within local communities in Jakarta, Aceh and Sulawesi.
Abdul Wahed Unoe - Program coordinator
Abdul Wahed Unoe was a journalist in local newspaper in Aceh and he was a successful businessman with 3 companies before tsunami disaster. Now he is a volunteer in Puspem as the program coordinator in Aceh. Abdul Wahed has had 10 years of experience in journalism, photography, and the sound recording business.
Jaorana Amiruddin - Education and gender program
Miss Jaorana Amiruddin is a teacher of Jakarta State University. She has followed the Potential Market Workshop di Dubai, UEA in 2000. Now she is a program coordinator for Education and Gender in Puspem. She was a researcher in the Center for Regional Development Studies for five years.
