This project will provide valuable vocational skills training to 500 selected out-of-school adolescents to greatly improve the chance for employment or self-employment for these young men and women.

Project Needs and Beneficiaries
Rural poverty is being addressed through training and education. Many poor Zimbabwean teens drop out of school and so do not finish their high school education. This project not only helps some return to school but provides micro-finance training and vocational training to those interested.
Activities
Vocational training programs will be conducted in Carpentry, Welding, and Sewing in order to prepare these students for employment or self-employment.
