Mission
NEED's mission is to impact the lives of deprived citizens of society, particularly Women and Children, enabling them to reach their full potential and change their lives, particularly through the development of "functional education." Therefore, the mission is to serve as a Center for Excellence towards a holistic approach to Women and Children.

Capitalization of Rural Natural Resources & Assets at micro-level; self Help Group & its further upscaling as an effective tool for enhancing women's bargaining power, ownership & control of existing resources & information at local level micro-Enterprises; social issues like health, education, environment, nutrition etc. to directly integrate into the mainstream of women’s capacity Building towards delivery -efficiency of NGOs, Govt. Offices, Support Office & the Local Functional Leaders.

Anil Singh - Chief Executive
The man behind the silent socio-economic revolution is none other than Mr. Anil K. Singh, along with the NGO NEED (Network of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development) and a team of development doers. Mr. Anil K. Singh, who is the founder and the Chief Executive, heads NEED.
Pushpa - Dev. Manager
Pushpa, 38 years (Pushpa Didi as she is commonly known) provides these necessary functions as she works to guide and support women, so that they may work through the program and establish their lives independently.
Ritu Bhatnagar - Dev. Manager
Ritu Bhatnagar 26 years old is one of the young and dynamic Development Managers of NEED in charge of women’s activities and administration. Other than coordinating the activities of Women's Center at the headquarters, along with Mrs. Pushpa Singh and looking after the administrative matters, public relations and marketing, she is also working at the grassroots level with women and women SHGs.
