Mission
*To foster voluntary action at grassroots for restoration of deteriorating mountain eco-system and bolster the rural incomes in Uttaranchal. *To promote and strengthen people’s institutions at the grassroots to take care of the well being of mountain communities and eco-systems. *To improve quality of life and promote self-reliance for mountain communities, especially disadvantaged groups- women, poor, artisan and farmer.

Trained as an Agronomist. Over 15 years experience in:
• Documentation and evaluation of rural development issues, policies and projects
• Diversification of risk in cash crop farming
• Appropriate low-cost rural technology projects
• Design of capacity building and community projects
• Project management and technical support to voluntary organizations for natural resource management
Rama Shankar Pandey - Project Coordinator
Trained as a technical consultant and possesses 8 years’ experience in designing and construction of low-cost appropriate rural technologies mentioned in the proposed project above.
Rewa Pandey - Community Motivator
Trained as community motivator and possesses 6 years experience in community mobilization.
